The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Provider Growth Associate to drive full cycle recruitment and seek independent clinicians to list their practices and services across Sesame’s 45+ medical specialties.. This is a unique opportunity to drive network growth during a key period of scale. The Provider Growth Associate will be focused on sourcing, vetting, and onboarding high quality providers to list their practices on our platform, and will report to the Vice President of Commercial Strategy. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to influence diverse audiences, and adeptness in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.
As a Provider Growth Associate, you will:
* Build a robust pipeline of high-quality clinicians via creative sourcing strategies, incoming application management, and referrals
* Conduct interviews to assess the clinical and technical abilities of each prospective provider, and clearly articulate Sesame’s unique model
* Oversee the contracting and onboarding processes for newly listed providers
* Creatively pursue and source passive provider candidates; social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns.
* Partner with Data Analytics to regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with key internal stakeholders
* Bring innovative ideas to the table as the team continues to improve the way we grow our clinician partnerships.
What we're looking for you to bring:
* 1-2 years of experience in physician and/or provider recruitment in a healthcare delivery or healthcare/telehealth start-up environment
* Experience with Lever or similar applicant tracking systemsDemonstrated success utilizing and strong understanding of recruitment best practices

* Strong, clear verbal and written communicationResourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
