As the Head of Commercial Partnerships at Sesame, you will play a pivotal role in driving net new partnerships that contribute to the revenue growth and success of the organization. You will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key industry players, businesses, and organizations. The primary focus will be on developing and executing partnership strategies that align with Sesame’s business objectives.
About the job
We are looking for somebody to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and increase Sesame’s market presence
- Identify and prospect potential partners, evaluating their strategic fit and alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that result in mutual benefits for all stakeholders involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and integration of partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership success, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in commercial partnerships, seeking continuous improvement and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales (ideally focused on selling digital health programs.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize partnership performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with telehealth or digital health platforms is a plus.
