Brand Activation Manager, Benelux

We're looking for a Brand Activation Manager who is a culturally connected, super-organised self-starter, responsible for building the brand in the Benelux region, with a strong focus on Amsterdam – bringing Oatly into cool, exciting new spaces and communities to support our broader mission.

The role reports into the Brand Lead for the Benelux.

The role is based in Amsterdam (mandatory) and requires native/full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Preferably 2 years of work experience within brand activation, marketing, event production, or a related field.
  • Event experience, strong project management skills and production know-how.
  • Deep understanding of culture and the food & drink scene.
  • A robust network of movers and shakers in Amsterdam and beyond.
  • Experience working cross functionally.
  • A fearless mindset.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

  • Execute, execute, execute! Your role is literally all about execution so if that’s not your cup of tea, please drink coffee instead!
  • Collaborate with the Brand Lead of the Benelux and the wider Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) team to plan and execute a dynamic brand activation calendar in the Benelux.
  • Partner with the Benelux Food Service, Retail and Barista Market Developer teams to drive brand activation in their respective channels.
  • Oversee key third-party agency relationships, from project briefing to delivery and wrap-up.
  • Support the Event team on planning, production and execution of events, being responsible onsite, handling of staffing, logistics, suppliers, and external production agencies.
  • Brief, produce, and source experiential assets (from wobblers to floor stickers, social assets, and beyond) collaborating with our in-house creative team (ODMC), external suppliers, agencies, and partners.
  • Work with central events team and external production partners to ensure correct documentation, schedules and post-activity evaluations are delivered.

  • A flexible individual who can navigate the fast-paced nature of brand activation and is able to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A proactive self-starter who is supremely organised, solutions oriented and eager to learn new skills.
  • Someone who brings their own perspective to the table.
