Oatly is continuously on a mission to become more data-driven, utilizing self-service and user-friendly dashboards with the end-user in mind. Your mission as a BI Developer is to be a partner to both the Commercial and Operations sides of the business, playing a key role in establishing a strong foundation for decision-making at Oatly. You will work closely with business partners in Finance, Sustainable Operations, and other functions, as well as your colleagues in the Data & Analytics team within the Business Tech function.

You will have the opportunity to contribute by designing, building, and maintaining data systems, analyzing the data, and generating reports and insights. Experience or interest in the backend is a plus, and there is potential for growth into a full-stack BI Developer role. We see a lot of opportunities in this role to drive digitalization and business decision-making forward. We aim to establish a BI environment where business stakeholders can use data and visualization to answer their questions.

HERE´S WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Be part of a modern analytics team, supporting critical business functions to help Oatly

become a global leader in oat-based products.

• Transform data into user-friendly insights.

• Support business users in understanding and interpreting data.

• Work together with business stakeholders, BI developers, data engineers, product owners, and users to optimize/ develop modern reports and dashboards.

• Leverage your backend knowledge and potentially grow into a full-stack BI Developer.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, or something related – cool if you've got it

• At least 3 years of experience as a business intelligence developer or analyst (or something similar)

• You've got a knack for turning business needs into data magic

• You have experience in data modeling, SQL, and Excel

• Plus, you've been in the Power BI game for at least a year

• Power BI (Admin, incremental refreshes, optimization, etc)

• Good stakeholder management

NOW, HERE'S WHERE YOU CAN REALLY SHINE (THOUGH NOT A DEAL-BREAKER):

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, DBT & Databricks – if these sound like your jam, high-five!

• You know how to make reports and dashboards that users love (UI/UX skills)

• Ever played around with data cataloging? We're into it

• If exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics are your thing, we're all ears

• Python or another object-oriented programming language

• Experience with Azure and Azure Power Automate
