We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the Nordic brand team to help carry the unique Oatly voice to the shoppers at the point of sale and to our customers. You will join us in driving the plant-based revolution forward and inspire shoppers to try and buy Oatly products in our typical rebellious Oatly manner. You are the expert of perfect and engaging brand execution. You are responsible for creating a trade marketing plan across the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway) to ensure the Oatly brand stands out in the best way in line with our brand and commercial priorities in the Retail and Foodservice environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan to improve brand visibility and presence, in line with sales and marketing objectives. You inspire shoppers and are responsible for the communication and materials in trade environments offline and online, covering all from POS materials and displays to large pallet placements, as well as customer-specific content for trade magazines and digital media.

• Managing the trade marketing budget monthly according to target and budget allocation and creating efficient and effective solutions.

• Providing insights and knowledge about shopper behaviour to the Brand and Creative teams.

• Keeping up to date on the commercial issues and priorities to apply that knowledge into your shopper and customer marketing plans.

• You set clear goals and priorities and independently analyze the effect of our activations and those of the competition, obtain feedback from the field force and make proactive recommendations for improvement.

If the below sounds like you, you could be the ideal person for this job:

• You’re a great communicator who thrives in matrix environments and is great at coordinating with different stakeholders

• You are a skilled project manager and an organized multi-tasker, who has an eye for detail and an execution mindset – delivering projects on time

• You maintain an overview even when dealing with complex topics and many parallel projects and demonstrate flexibility in constantly changing structures

• You are comfortable dealing with numerical data

• You know the Nordic region and retail landscape in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway like the back of your hands.

• You’re eager to learn and ready to roll your sleeves up and get things done
• Strong brands with purpose and attitude inspire you and you have great ideas on how to make them shine even in a restrictive retail environment.

• You have 3-5 years prior experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing, ideally within FMCG

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Sensitivity: Internal

• You’re excited by Oatly’s mission to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process – and have ideas for how you can contribute through our Trade Marketing plans

    The role will be based in Stockholm and requires native/full professional proficiency in Swedish and English. Finnish knowledge is a plus.
