We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager with rigorous data experience to join us as the Growth team's point of contact for all analytical projects. This will include conducting future analyses, guiding various cross-team and cross-functional analytics projects, and acting as relationship manager and counterpart for the our data agency.

This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (3 days in office per week on average) based in Tribeca, NYC.

As Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll:

  • Conduct analyses of customer behavior, marketing spend and more to inform business decisions and prioritization
  • Be the central point of contact and project manager for DTC led / focused data projects (e.g., subscriber behavior analysis) and manage project completion when other stakeholders are involved
  • Act as Growth touchpoint for cross-functional partners regarding data related projects (e.g., ERP), being the source of truth
  • Manage relationships with data agency + key vendors (e.g. incrementality experimentation platform) for relevant projects
  • 2-5 years experience in data analysis, business insights or brand-facing consulting/agency role, with focus on data & analytics
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Able to conduct complex data analyses, extract insights, and prioritize areas of future exploration based on opportunity size
    • With capabilities to proactively drive the analyses and resulting follow ups
  • Ability to succinctly summarize and communicate insights from data analyses to different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques (Excel, SQL a plus, Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker)
  • Desire to learn additional analytic tool sets (SQL, Python, etc.) as helpful and applicable

Magic Spoon intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package. The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000.
