About the role:
We are looking for a creative, proactive Senior Manager, Retail Sales to support the day-to-day execution and management of our retail business. This role plays a critical part in helping Lemme continue to scale at retail while being a strong partner to our retailers.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail, this role will support and manage key retail accounts while helping drive both sell-in and sell-through across the business. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally across internal teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance, while also partnering closely with external stakeholders including retailers, brokers, and distributors.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that blends account management, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with national retailers such as Target and/or Walmart, is comfortable owning multiple workstreams, and is excited to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key retail accounts with a focus on Target and/or Walmart including driving sell-in and sell-through initiatives across retailers
- Manage brokers and external partners, serving as the primary liaison between retail partners, brokers, and internal teams to support account management and drive retail performance
- Analyze weekly sales performance and build reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Brand, Creative, and Finance to support sales & inventory planning, and overall retail execution
- Build presentations and materials for buyer meetings, line reviews, and internal leadership updates
- Own and manage retail calendars, promotional timing, and key milestones to ensure alignment across the business
- Coordinate and lead recurring meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support onboarding and execution of new retail partners as the business continues to scale
- Maintain a strong understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape to inform retail strategy
- Travel for retailer meetings, store visits, and industry events
This should describe you:
- 5+ years of experience in retail partnerships, sales, or buying
- Experience working with national retailers such as Target and/or Walmart
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both internal teams and external partners
- Experience working with brokers or third-party partners is a plus
- Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to peers, leadership, retailers, and external partners
- Highly organized, able to balance strategic priorities with executional detail while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the wellness/beauty category and an interest in shopper behavior
