Junior Packaging Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Packaging Graphic Designer to join Lemme’s growing creative team. This role will play an integral part in supporting the development and execution of packaging, retail, and visual merchandising assets that bring the Lemme brand to life.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, an appreciation for packaging and physical brand experiences, and an excitement for wellness and lifestyle brands. This role requires someone who can balance creative thinking with technical precision, supporting projects from concept through final production while maintaining Lemme’s distinctive brand.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Packaging Designer, and cross-functional teams to help develop innovative packaging concepts, retail displays, and brand visuals that elevate Lemme across digital, physical, and retailer environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Design & Production
- Support the design and execution of product packaging and labels from concept through final production.
- Prepare packaging files for print, ensuring accuracy in dielines, color specs, and production requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and packaging vendors to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production.
Retail & Visual Merchandising
- Assist in the design of assets for retailers including endcaps, shelf displays, merchandising signage, and in-store fixtures.
- Support the development of retail presentations and visual merchandising concepts that elevate the Lemme brand in store environments.
Creative Collaboration
- Help maintain visual consistency across packaging, retail materials, and brand assets.
- 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in packaging, CPG, beauty, or wellness brands.
- Strong packaging design experience, including familiarity with dielines and preparing files for print production.
- An understanding of print materials, manufacturing processes, and scale.
- Experience designing retail and visual merchandising assets such as endcaps, displays, or in-store materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); 3D design/rendering experience is a plus.
- Experience with Figma for collaboration and asset organization.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable taking feedback, iterating quickly, and maintaining high creative standards.
