We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Associate Manager, Retail Sales to support the day-to-day execution of our retail business. This is a hands-on role centered on sales operations, coordination, and administrative support, playing a critical part in helping Lemme continue to scale at retail while being a strong partner to our retailers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail, this role helps keep the retail engine running smoothly by managing forms, samples, trackers, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams including Operations, Product, and Marketing. The Associate Manager will gain meaningful exposure to how a high-growth CPG brand operates within national retail environments.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CPG experience who is self-starting, detail-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in retail sales and operations within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day retail sales operations across key accounts
  • Manage and submit retailer forms, item setup documents, and internal trackers
  • Coordinate and organize product sample requests for buyers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Maintain retail calendars, key dates, and deadlines to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with weekly retail reporting by compiling sales data, performance summaries, and identifying opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Social, and Creative teams to track product availability, assets, and delivery timing
  • Help prepare materials for buyer meetings, including samples, recaps, and follow-ups
  • Support ad hoc projects to help scale retail processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain a working understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape as they relate to Lemme’s retail goals

This should describe you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail partnerships, sales, merchandising, buying, or CPG operations
  • Exposure to national retailers such as Target, Ulta, and Walmart
  • Strong understanding of the retail lifecycle, including retail terminology, calendars, and seasonal promotions
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to peers, leadership, retailers, and external partners
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and eager to learn and grow within retail sales at a fast-paced startup
  • Passion for the wellness/beauty category and an interest in shopper behavior
