Develop and lead Hawthorne’s marketing strategy across digital and IRL channels
Identify and execute brand partnerships and collaborations to grow Hawthorne’s brand awareness
Own content strategy, high level shoot concepting, brand story-telling, and content calendar across social, influencer, community, OOH, experiential, in-store, email, PR, and site
Grow retail partnerships by providing external and in-store marketing support
Utilize marketing budget to execute against key company objectives and hit key marketing KPIs
Leverage consumer insights and customer feedback to evolve Hawthorne’s brand architecture, positioning, key messaging, and target consumers
Support performance marketing channels by partnering with internal team and external agencies
Work with product and creative teams to ideate new products, limited launches, and one-off specialty products

Qualifications

4+ years in marketing
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-Year Program (Marketing or Communications Degree preferred)
Deep experience working with a consumer brand that distributes via both e-commerce and wholesale
Expertise leading brand strategy, creative development, and multi-channel execution to successfully reach business targets and grow brand reach
Extensive experience executing partnerships
Experience with performance marketing
Results-oriented and analytically-savvy
Self-identify as creative, organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented, and culturally aware
Embrace a highly collaborative and agile team environment
Open to challenging existing ideas and methods and thinking outside of the box
