Calling all coffee-loving, oat-obsessed, recipe-creating superheroes! Oatly is on the hunt for a Drinks Developer to join our mission of making the world a little bit better through the power of oats.

As a Drinks Developer at Oatly Southeast Asia, you'll be responsible for developing mind-blowingly delicious oat-based coffee and barista drinks that will have people asking, "Wait, this is made from oats?!" You'll work closely with our Food & Drinks Experience Team, Barista Market Developers and Sales crew to create products that not only taste amazing but also align with the latest trends and consumer preferences in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new Oatly-based recipes for out of home coffee and drinks operators in North and Southeast Asia.
• Stay up-to-date with coffee and beverage industry trends, consumer preferences, and flavour profiles to create relevant and appealing products.
• Select and source customer relevant development ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Barista Market Developers and Sales team to gather insights and align customer needs.
• Conduct taste tests and gather feedback on new beverage concepts from customers and stakeholders.
• Present and pitch new drink concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse the performance of launched drinks, including online engagement and sales data, to inform future development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices for beverage production.

Your Superpowers

• Extensive knowledge of coffee culture, OOH drink consumption trends, production methods and sourcing practices of drinks operators
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
• Proven experience in developing successful beverage recipes that make people say, "Wow, this is the best thing I've ever tasted!"
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences in the beverage industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively pitch new concepts
• Collaborative personality and ability to work in a small team
• Familiarity with coffee chain operations and the barista market
